What Is The Truth? HAARP, The Sun's Heliosphere & 2012

Updated on September 16, 2012

What Is HAARP?

A lot of controversy currently surrounds HAARP - the High-frequency Active Aurora Research Program (EDIT: the content at this link has been mysteriously deleted.) A simple Google search for HAARP, located in Alaska, brings up results of conspiracy theories for nearly every page, most of which claim that the device is actually some kind of weather manipulation weapon that can be used to caused earthquakes, psunamis and alter the weather in order to affect the mood of a population - but why would the American government even want such a tool? In fact, China had already signed a treaty preventing the use of weather manipulation warfare back in the sixties.

As far as we are told HAARP is simply just an antenna array used to pedict earthquakes, changes in the weather and to measure particle interactions in Earth's magnetosphere. However, John Heckshler admitted on video that HAARP shoots a particle beam into the ionosphere at a total radiated power level of 3.6MW (Mega Watts) which he previously denied, before being presented with the official 600-page document that the presenters of the show had in their possession. Signals are injected into the magnetosphere to propagate in the whistler mode in field-aligned ducts so that the results can be observed.

2012 - A Threat to Earth?

In 2008 NASA released news that they had discovered a gigantic breach in Earth's magnetosphere four times wider than Earth itself. Earth's magnetosphere is a surrounding bubble that protects us from solar wind. Although NASA have been working on a solar shield in order to protect satellites, researchers at the University of New Hampshire have been studying the situation and have discovered that reconnection at the poles is the solution. Could the conspiracy theories about a pole-shift some time in 2012 actually hold some truth after all and be related to this phenomenon.

Also announced in 2008, NASA discovered that our sun's heliosphere (also a protective bubble) is disappearing and has depleted by 25% over the last ten years. Think about that again. 25% over a decade! The sun's heliosphere protects us from harmful interstellar radiation which can potentially harm life on Earth and cause changes to DNA. According to officials there is no imminent danger. Could Global Warming just be a distraction?

If the sun's heliosphere has depleted by 25% over just ten years, then assuming the depletion doesn't build up momentum (which it inevitably will) then that leaves about 30 years before we're fried by solar radiation. We need to be shielded.

Can HAARP help and What Else can it Do?

Although the above information has been made available publicly, the media have kept a low profile on it and the majority of the public have ignored it. Most people don't want to worry about conspiracy theories, they expect the government to do whatever it takes to protect them and so they choose to keep on living their daily lives with the wool pulled over their eyes.

It does seem plausible that HAARP could be a way of revitalizing Earth's magnetosphere though they don't want mass public panic about such issues. Is Earth already being magnetically shielded somehow? In fact, the original HARP project started in 1961 and coincides with Colonel Philip J Corso's claims of being related to the harvesting of extraterrestrial technology.

It's also a plausible theory that when using technology such as HAARP the powers that be also happened to discover the side-effects of using such technology, which could be used to their advantage as a new form of warfare. Indeed William Cooper made coinciding statements before his death. Maybe it's necessary to cause natural disasters via HAARP in order to prevent disaster on a global scale. Or maybe not, who knows? The following video is extremely revealing and further through the 4-part documentary John Heckshler, Project Manager gets caught blatantly lying.

Time Travel & Help From Others

Is someone helping us?

It's no secret that when classified government information gets leaked it becomes drowned with disinformation to cover it up. So, is the alleged extraterrestrial presence just propaganda perpetrated via the alternative media to make it more convincing or is there really something not of this world here? And if so, then why?

The most convincing pictures of alien greys supposedly originating from Zeta Reticuli show several odd features - a dull pale blue-grey tint to the skin, huge pupils and small iris, small mouth containing teeth and tongue, small nose and small ears. The strangest feature, though, is that they are the same as us - they are humanoid and have the same complexion, wrinkles, blood vessels and veins as us.

Although most sources (both official and unofficial) claim these beings are Zeta Reticulins a slightly more plausible theory is that they are us (humans) from the future and with Einstein's theory of relativity having just been proven correct it's probably very possible. There are conspiracy theories that suggest that the Nazis were experimenting with time travel as early as 1931. Time travel theory says that you can travel forward in time but only backwards back to the point where time travel was discovered. So, once time travel was discovered, we could have gone forward in time and sent a human being from the future back to the point where time-travel was discovered therefore replacing the original partaking human with one from the future. Could their hairless, wrinkled, pale-skinned features be a result of being exposed to excessive radation in the future?

On the other hand it has been suggested that the Nazis opened up a crack in time in 1931 which allowed The Grays, from Zeta Reticuli, to enter our universe.
