As mentioned in Part 2, the CIA were on to something when they said that the UFO phenomena could be used as a form of psychological warfare but what were their plans exactly? Neil Armstrong once verged on claiming that the CIA were responsible for the UFO cover-up and they were certainly interested enough in George Adamski back in the 1950's. However, testimonial evidence from high profile high prestige government officials such as, once again, Lt Colonel Philip Corso, the reality of the UFO phenomena and extraterrestrial technology was actually being kept hidden from the CIA because they had been penetrated by the KGB. So were the CIA after information that they wanted to suppress? Or were they after information that they could use to carry out their psychological warfare? After all, alien technology could play an important role in actually carrying out the psyops.

People like Alex Collier (aka Ralph Amigram / Amigron) that have clearly been subject to some kind of psychological manipulation come to mind. False memories can be implanted and even thoughts can be manipulated via the use of technology, especially the types of technology that Corso claims were reverse engineered from Roswell.

Technologies as simple as strobe lights can be used to subliminally implant suggestions in the mind of a subject without their awareness. Just think what could potentially be done to an entire global population with the technology available today. Subliminal suggestions can easily be implanted in wireless transmissions, broadcast via satellites, through our television and radio sets and even in our music. It's exactly how advertising works. What's to say it isn't being done? The NSA already track all electronic communcations worldwide, that's quite an impressive feat to accomplish and it's all done with technology.

The above-mentioned Alex Collier is a man that used to work for the IRS and somehow ended up spending a lot of time in deep underground military bases. As far as my research indicates the real 'Alex Collier' which is a pseudonym actually died in either 1997 or 2010 - one or the other. However, this is still someone going to UFO and Expolitics conferences claiming to be the same person. The ground-breaking interview of 1994 was where Collier's full story was unfolded and it's a story about advanced extraterrestrial intelligence, interstellar travel and black governments woring with the aliens. It's fascinating information but it does make you wonder if this story has been fabricated with the intention of replacing all religions with a worldwide new-age religion that can be used to bring the world together to influence the likelihood of a one-world government and a new world order. However, if we sit down and properly listen to Collier's word regarding the black government, the banks and the global corporations it becomes clear that Collier was on to something. No wonder they wanted to mess with his head.

Propaganda As PsyOps

In Part 2 I speculated about the moon landing hoax theory. The entire issue seems to be surrounded with propaganda. During the space race America claimed to be the first country to put a man on the moon. What if this really was a lie as many people claim? It would be the perfect way to make the Russians believe they have been beaten and that America may have even already built a base there before anyone else managed to. They could also claim evidence of an advanced extraterrestrial race or the retrieval and back-engineering of alien technology to convince the rest of the world that they are the most powerful. Could the entire plot right from the beginning being a giant ploy into convincing the world that they are in possession of the most advanced and powerful technology that we know of in order to hold a massive advantage over the rest of the world? Given the amount of funding that goes to the military/industrial complex, especially the ridiculously large amount of unaccounted for money that goes into the black budget, the theory is highly doubtful.

On the other hand Armstrong and Aldrin may have genuinely stepped foot on the actual moon, we have plenty of satellites and even a space station up there so why not? But what, if anything, did they find? Armstrong once claimed on C-SPAN that there were huge menacing ships much more advanced and threatening than ours then later denied ever making the statement. Why is it that Armstrong suffers with such bad nerves? If it's genuinely due to space-related phenomena as we are told then why don't the other astronauts seem to suffer with it? Some people believe that the astronauts minds have been tampered in some way. If the CIA wanted them to believe that they had been the moon, even though they hadn't, the false memories would be easy enough to implant but what if they did genuinely land there and the entire story of advanced extraterrestrial intelligence was a form of psychological warfare to go hand in hand with the space mission? Once again, a perfect way to gain an advantage over the rest of the globe. The propaganda would also work hand in hand with the theories surrounding the Roswell incident. Or maybe the Nazis got to the moon first in their vimanas.

The Conditioning Of A Planet

As a society we have been conditioned, programmed. Just like a computer. Hypnosis, NLP and suggestion are subjects that are highly effective and should never ever be underestimated. We live our lives boxed into our own little map or perception of the world around us and it's very rare we attempt to think outside of this box. We have become co-operatives of a governmental system that keeps society in it's place, we typically work a nine-to-five job, wear clothing, have children and families, live in houses, take annual holidays abroad and work our ways through life trying to build something and get ahead in life. But this wouldn't have happened if we were born in the stone age, we would have sheltered in caves and gone hunting for food, the food wouldn't be genetically modified or processed, we wouldn't have had the technology that we have today, we would have resorted to lighting fires for warmth and we would have used our animal instincts to survive. Our immune systems would be much stronger but given the course of evolution that we have taken, we have been led down the opposite path.

Why should you have to pay rent to live on the planet you were born on? Whilst the wealthy reward themselves with luxury items such as posh cars, expensive holidays and meals at high profile restaurants, the poor struggle to feed their families and children in third world countries have to drink dirty water to survive. Yet at the same time billions of dollars are being spent venturing out into space, building the techology to do so and building hypersonic and stealth aircraft. Shouldn't we be focusing on sorting the problems on our own planet out first before we go searching for others out there in the cosmos?

Free energy has always been around. In school we were taught how to generate free energy by creating our own dynamo out of simple objects. A bicycle turned upside down is a perfect example. We used solar powered calculators. We used to take our bottles to a bottle-bank so they could be sterilized and reused. Currently in the UK there is a campaign aimed at the general public suggesting that they turn their lamps/lights off when not in use, that they don't leave their television on standby, etc in order to conserve energy. There is also a huge movement regarding plastic carrier bags which take hundreds if not thousands of years to biodregrade, the public are now asked to buy just one 'bag for life'.

As Earth-damaging military equipment is manufactured, as factories pump out fumes into the atmosphere, as vehicles exhaust fumes damage the o-zone layer we, the general public, are asked to turn off our light and to use just one carrier bag over and over again. There are plenty of other suitable biodegrable materials available and there always has been. Why aren't they making the carrier bags out of these instead? Why is society being dumbed down? The general public are not to blame for this mess. The industrial revolution was the best and worst thing that happened to us.

The economies have come to rely on income generated from fossil fuels such as oil and gas and are therefore the fuel companies, the economies and the banks are at risk should free energy and environment-friendly materials suddenly become accessible to the public. The real question is why did these technologies become suppressed in the first place? Fortunately recent years have seen solar panels being tested on council houses in the UK and wind turbines being built in order to generate energy.

Whether or not Dr Steven Greer's Disclosure project played A part in the free energy movement is unknown. However, there is something rather dubious about the Disclosure project which containa testimonial evidence from over 400 military and government officials. Flying saucers are not technically 'free energy' in the way that we are led to believe by their testimony. The infamous Cash-Landum incident of the 1980's shows that nearby witnesses suffered extreme damage to their health caused by ionizing radiation. Sure, the machinery may manipulate the space-time surroung it by tapping into and amplifying the gravity A wave but in actual fact the saucer relies on nuclear pulse propusion, actual nuclear explosions. I would have to speculate whether these types are craft are extraterrestrial in origin or government manufactured.

There is still the possibility that extraterrestrials are in possession of zero-point technology and that the government have only managed to get this far in reverse-engineering them whilst combining them with conventional technology in order to better understand them. But if there really is a secret plot which has been existence since at least 1917 to convince the world an off-planet threat in order to opress a one-world socialist government, as claimed by Milton W. Cooper, then what are the secret government planning to do with these nuclear-powered flying saucers? Could the Disclosure project be a double-edge sword? Fight to get zero-point technology uncovered whilst manufacturing nuclear space technology (and weapons?) behind the scenes. A cover for the weaponization of space perhaps? And what for? To fight off the artificial extraterrestrial threat, to attack the real aliens who haven't hurt us in thousands of years or to gain ultimate control of Earth? Are we being quarantined to the planet? What is project Bluebeam?
